Dream Builders Foundation is a community project in formation, working toward nonprofit status, with one aim: fair learning opportunities for disadvantaged children in rural, mountainous and remote areas of Vietnam.

We believe children's dreams do not need to be handed to them — they only need the path cleared.
Vietnam has made great progress in universal education. Yet for hundreds of thousands of children in underserved areas, going to school still comes with very concrete barriers.
Textbooks, notebooks, a backpack, a uniform — the start-of-year cost is a real burden for families with seasonal incomes.
Many schools have no computer lab; many ninth-graders have never used a computer on their own, while learning increasingly depends on technology.
Leaking roofs, poor lighting, broken furniture and inadequate toilets directly affect health and regular attendance.
Quality content exists online but is not designed for children with weak connections and no adult support.
From the most basic essentials to a learning platform for the future — four programs designed to reinforce one another.

Bringing computers, connectivity and digital skills to children in underserved areas, so that the digital gap does not become a gap in their futures.

Helping improve classrooms, libraries, lighting, clean water and sanitation at under-resourced schools, so that every school day is safe and joyful.

Our long-term strategic program: a completely free online learning platform designed for disadvantaged children and for places with limited connectivity.
View programTo bring fair learning opportunities to disadvantaged children in Vietnam by providing learning equipment, books, everyday essentials and computers, improving school facilities and developing a completely free online education program.
We believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow and pursue their dreams, regardless of family circumstances or where they live.
A future where economic circumstances or geography are no longer barriers to children accessing knowledge and developing their potential.

Illustrative photoA meal helps a child through a day. A set of books, a safe classroom, a computer and a dedicated teacher can help a child through a lifetime. Education does not only open up jobs — it opens up self-determination, confidence and the right to dream.
We do not believe we can change everything. But we believe every small barrier removed — a notebook, a light bulb, an hour in a computer class — is one step closer to the future these children deserve.
The project's planned roadmap. We are in Phase 1.
Foundation
Building the project, the core team, this website, operating procedures and the first partner connections. This is the "prepare carefully before acting" phase.
Community Support
Pilot Dream Essentials and Dream Digital at a small scale through legally recognised partners, learning from reality before scaling.
Digital Education
Develop the first free online learning materials for Dream Learning and grow the teacher and volunteer community.
Education Infrastructure
Take part in upgrading classrooms, libraries, clean water and other education infrastructure in full compliance with regulations.
Sustainable Impact
Grow the partner network, transparent finances and a sustainable operating model so the project can walk alongside children for many years.
Students receiving a complete school-supply kit
Pilot at 2–3 schools
Dream Essentials
Digital learning corners installed in schools
First 1–2 corners, then expand
Dream Digital
School renovation items completed
Starting with lighting, furniture, a library

We start where we live to learn how to do things right, then expand with local partners.
Khánh Hòa
Home of the project; first pilots planned in Cam Lâm and the mountainous districts of Khánh Sơn and Khánh Vĩnh.
South Central Coast & Central Highlands
Neighbouring provinces with many remote communes and ethnic-minority communities.
Northern mountains
Long-term direction through local partners.
Mekong Delta
Long-term direction, prioritising areas affected by climate change.

Do you have time, dedication and the wish to help shape an education project from its very beginning? We need companions from the first steps.
Teachers are the heart of Dream Learning and understand students' needs best. Help us build free learning materials and connect with schools that need support.
Software engineers, IT technicians, AI and security specialists can help us build the learning platform, refurbish devices and protect children's data.
Companies upgrading their computers can give working devices a second life in a classroom. We are building a transparent, data-secure intake process.
A safe, ad-free "study companion" that works even on weak connections, with content built and reviewed by Vietnamese teachers.
