Dream Learning

Free knowledge, opportunity for every child.

Our long-term strategic program: a completely free online learning platform designed for disadvantaged children and for places with limited connectivity.

In planning

This program is in the planning stage. Every activity described below is intended and will be delivered through legally recognised partners once conditions are met.
01

The challenge

High-quality learning content is increasingly abundant online, but most of it is designed for urban students with a computer, stable internet and an adult to guide them. Children in underserved areas rarely have all three.

Many online learning platforms charge fees, show advertising or collect data. For children, those are significant risks.

We believe a free, safe platform that works on weak connections and is designed with Vietnamese teachers can become a long-term "study companion" for these children.

02

Goals & approach

  • Build a fully free online learning platform with no advertising and no data selling.
  • Offer age-appropriate content aligned with the national curriculum, plus 21st-century skills.
  • Work well on low-spec devices and weak connections (offline support).
  • Grow a community of volunteer teachers who create and review content.
  • Integrate an AI learning assistant with child-appropriate safety controls and supervision.
03

Who we aim to serve

  • Primary and lower-secondary students across Vietnam, with priority for underserved areas.
  • Students who received devices through the Dream Digital program.
  • Teachers looking for free digital resources for their classrooms.
  • Parents who want to support their children's learning at home.
04

Planned activities

1

Free video lesson library

Short, clear lessons recorded by volunteer teachers, with Vietnamese subtitles.

2

Age-based courses

Mathematics, Vietnamese, English, Science, Computer Basics, Coding for Kids, Life Skills, Digital Safety and age-appropriate AI literacy.

3

Practice exercises and downloads

Worksheets, learning games and materials that can be printed or used offline.

4

Volunteer teacher program

Recruiting, training and supporting volunteer teachers to produce content to shared standards.

5

Low-connectivity support

6

Safe AI learning assistant

An assistant that answers questions and guides problem-solving, with content filters, scope limits and activity logs for teacher/parent supervision.

05

Implementation plan

  1. 1

    Phases 1–2

    Research & design

Interview teachers and students; define the content framework, safety standards and a lightweight technical architecture.

  2. 2

    Phase 3

    First content

Produce pilot lessons for 2–3 subjects and grade levels; test at schools with digital learning corners.

  3. 3

    Phases 3–4

    Platform launch

Open the platform publicly with core subjects, offline support and the volunteer teacher program.

  4. 4

    Phase 5

    AI & expansion

Pilot the supervised AI assistant, expand subjects and connect with schools nationwide.

06

Expected outcomes

  • Children anywhere can learn for free with quality content in Vietnamese.
  • Teachers gain additional tools for teaching and revision.
  • Digital-safety and AI literacy reach children in an age-appropriate way.
  • An open educational asset the community can keep developing for years to come.
07
