Five phases, one step at a time

Foundation

Foundation

Now

Building the project, the core team, this website, operating procedures and the first partner connections. This is the "prepare carefully before acting" phase.

Objectives

  • Finalise mission, vision, values and brand identity.
  • Establish the founding team, an advisory group and clear roles.
  • Build the bilingual website and foundational policies (child safeguarding, transparency, data).
  • Research the legal framework and a path to appropriate legal status in Vietnam.
  • Meet schools, local authorities and experienced organisations to learn from them.

Done when

  • Website published
  • Foundational policies adopted
  • At least one legally recognised implementing partner agrees to collaborate

Objectives

  • Survey needs at 2–3 pilot schools.
  • Deliver the first school-supply kits and install the first digital learning corner.
  • Test the device intake and refurbishment process.
  • Collect feedback from teachers, parents and students, then adjust.

  • Launch pilot lessons for selected subjects and grades.
  • Build the volunteer teacher program and content standards.
  • Deploy the offline learning library at digital learning corners.
  • Run digital-skills and internet-safety classes.

Education Infrastructure

Education Infrastructure

Mid- to long-term

Take part in upgrading classrooms, libraries, clean water and other education infrastructure in full compliance with regulations.

Objectives

  • Secure the legal status needed to take part in infrastructure projects.
  • Complete the first small renovation items under Dream Schools.
  • Build a network of partner architects, engineers and contractors.

Done when

  • First renovation project completed, inspected and published

Sustainable Impact

Sustainable Impact

Long-term

Grow the partner network, transparent finances and a sustainable operating model so the project can walk alongside children for many years.

Objectives

  • Publish annual financial and activity reports, audited once eligible.
  • Establish an independent governing board and oversight mechanisms.
  • Expand programs to more provinces and seek technology support programs for nonprofits.
  • Hand over the model to communities and local partners.

Done when

  • First annual report published
  • Operating model replicated elsewhere
The timing of each phase depends on resources, partners and legal procedures. We deliberately give no specific dates to avoid promising what is not yet certain.

Build dreams with us

The project is taking its first steps and needs serious companions: teachers, technology specialists, businesses, schools and organisations that share our goal.
